This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) on behalf of the Ministry of Highways (HI) to prospective Respondents for the provision of various electrical maintenance and repairs across the province of Saskatchewan, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A).
