REQUEST FOR QUOTATION Dear Sir, On behalf of the Director of the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIML contractors having a valid Electrical Contractor License issued by the competent authority are hereby invited to quote their rates for “Electrical and networking work for repair and renovation work of the Placement Office”, Prabandh Nagar, IIM Road, Lucknow, as per the RFQ. The work shall be completed within 50 DAYS from the date of the award of the work/letter of intent, or acceptance of the work. The RFQ document should be signed in ink on each page, and any cutting or overwriting should be signed accordingly. All the attached papers should be submitted duly signed by the Bidder. The conditions of this notice and those mentioned in General Conditions, Special Conditions, and BOQ enclosed will be binding on the Bidder. The Director, Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, reserves the right to reject one or more RFQs without assigning any reason. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained on this account. The validity of the RFQ shall be 90 days from the date of opening of RFQs. Bidders incorporating additional conditions, discounts, and rebates are liable to be rejected. Bidders are advised to physically inspect the site and familiarize themselves with the prevailing site conditions, accessibility, approach roads, material handling requirements, and other working conditions before submitting their quotations. No claim for any deviation, variation, or revision in rates or contractual conditions shall be entertained after award of the work on the grounds of ignorance or inadequate knowledge of the site conditions. Bidders shall be deemed to have satisfied themselves regarding all site-related conditions and requirements prior to quoting their rates. The last date and time for submission of rates is 30.08.2026 up to 1500 Hrs. Any submission received after the stipulated date and time shall not be accepted. The Technical Bid will be opened on 30.08.2026 at 1530 Hrs. Bidders are therefore advised to ensure timely submission of their quotations and to undertake a thorough site inspection before quoting.
