Appel d’offres 2026-501 ÉCHANTILLONNAGE ET ANALYSE DE L'EAU DU SAGUENAY SUR LE SITE DE PORT-SAGUENAY La Ville de Saguenay demande des soumissions pour la fourniture de services professionnels en ingénierie dans la zone industrialo-portuaire afin d'effectuer l'échantillonnage et l'analyse de l'eau du Saguenay devant le quai Marcel Dionne dans le cadre du programme d'appui aux projets de développement économique. Le Contrat est adjugé au soumissionnaire conforme ayant obtenu le pointage le plus élevé à la suite de l’application du système d’évaluation de la qualité des Soumissions. La Ville de Saguenay ne s’engage à accepter ni celle qui a obtenu le plus haut pointage final, ni aucune des soumissions reçues, et n’encourra aucune obligation quelconque envers le ou les soumissionnaires. Les soumissions doivent être reçues au secrétariat de la division de l’approvisionnement, 3501, rue du Roi-Georges, Jonquière (Québec) G7X 1V6 ou par voie électronique via le SÉAO avant le 15 septembre 2026 10 h ou à toute date ultérieure en cas de report de la date et heure limite de réception des soumissions. Seules seront considérées aux fins d’octroi du contrat, les soumissions des entreprises ayant un établissement au Canada ou dans un territoire visé par un Accord Intergouvernemental.
