Le présent contrat a pour objet de retenir les services d’un prestataire spécialisé afin d’effectuer l’échantillonnage de matériaux susceptibles de contenir de l’amiante dans les installations du CIUSSS du Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean, de procéder à l’analyse des échantillons prélevés et de transmettre les résultats au DONNEUR D’ORDRE. Le contrat comprend également la mise à jour du registre de l’amiante du CIUSSS à la suite des résultats d’analyse obtenus et des travaux d’enlèvement d’amiante réalisés. À la demande du DONNEUR D’ORDRE, le prestataire devra également réaliser des tests d’air, fournir des services d’expertise-conseil en gestion de l’amiante et assurer la surveillance de travaux impliquant des matériaux contenant de l’amiante. Les services seront exécutés dans les différentes installations du CIUSSS selon les besoins et conformément aux exigences réglementaires et contractuelles applicables.
