(Annexure-II), registration certificate of Seed Producing firm/society etc. with State Seed Certification Agency, Registration certificate of processing plant with State Seed Certification Agency, license to carry out seed business issued by Deputy Director (Agriculture) of the concerned district, Self-Attested Copy of ISO Certification, PAN /GST/ITR for the last three financial years ((2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 ), undertaking regarding registration under MSMED Act-2006(Annexure III).
