Dynamisk innkjøpsordning (DPS) for kommunens løpende behov for delentrepriser for bygningsmessige arbeider innenfor eiendomsenhetens vedlikeholdsoppgave. Tjenesten skal i hovedsak omfatte rehabilitering og funksjonsendring av eksisterende kommunale formålsbygg og leiligheter. Anskaffelsen er ment å supplere kommunens eksisterende DPS for håndverktjenester og istandsetting av boliger for utleie.
