Bygherre har løbende brug for bistand til renoveringsarbejder på Bygherres ledningsnet ved anvendelse af no-dig metoder og etablerer derfor med dette udbud et dynamisk indkøbssystem, som skal sikre, at Bygherre effektivt kan konkurrenceudsætte sine indkøb af no-dig renoveringsarbejder og TV-inspektioner. Det dynamiske indkøbssystem etableres i overensstemmelse med udbudsloven.

Det dynamiske indkøbssystem er opdelt i følgende to kategorier:

* Kategori 1: Lednings- og brøndrenovering med tilførende for- og efterarbejder

* Kategori 2: TV-inspektion.

Virksomheder kan ansøge om optagelse i en eller begge kategorier

Det dynamiske indkøbssystem etableres uden slutdato, hvilket vil sige, at systemets løbetid er ubegrænset. Bygherre forbeholder sig retten til at ændre det dynamiske indkøbssystems løbetid i overensstemmelse med udbudslovens regler herom.

Bygherre er ikke forpligtet til at benytte det dynamiske indkøbssystem.
