De gemeente Rotterdam is bezig met het energiezuinig maken van haar openbare verlichting. De afgelopen jaren lag daarbij de focus op de openbare verlichting, die tot de Rotterdamse Stijl behoort. Voor meer info zie; Rotterdamse Stijl | Rotterdam.nl De komende tijd ligt de focus op specifieke openbare verlichtingsarmaturen, die niet tot de Rotterdamse Stijl behoren. Omdat deze armaturen per project specifiek zijn, is deze behoefte het beste in te vullen via een dynamisch aankoopsysteem.
De Aanbesteder beoogt met deze procedure een Dynamisch aankoopsysteem in te stellen, waarbij de toegelaten Ondernemers bij voorkomende Opdrachten telkens vanuit het elektronische platform worden uitgenodigd om een Inschrijving op een voorkomende Specifieke Opdracht te doen. Voorts zal het gedurende de geldigheidsperiode van het Dynamisch aankoopsysteem mogelijk blijven voor nieuwe Ondernemers om toegelaten te worden tot het systeem, voor zover zij voldoen aan de in dit Toelatingsdocument gestelde eisen.
