Deze publicatie betreft de voortzetting van het Dynamisch Aankoopsysteem (referentienr. 31101172, TenderNed kenmerk 106582) dat per 1 juli 2016 in gebruik is genomen door zowel Rijkswaterstaat (RWS) als het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf (RVB). Per 1 december 2023 stopt RWS met het DAS. Rijkswaterstaat heeft besloten het DAS-inkoopkanaal voor inhuur te vervangen door brokerdienstverlening, zoals eerder bekend gemaakt via dit kanaal. RWS zal het DAS daarom vanaf 1 december 2023 niet meer inzetten voor nieuwe inhuuropdrachten.

Het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf heeft echter besloten voorlopig het DAS te blijven gebruiken voor de specialistische inhuuropdrachten waarin niet kan worden voorzien door de huidige rijksbrede raamovereenkomsten. Het huidige DAS zal daarom ook na 1 december 2023 operationeel blijven, met het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf als enige gebruiker.
