Aangesloten organisaties bij WerkenInFriesland huren via Inhuur WerkenInFriesland tijdelijk personeel in en beogen hiermee een diversiteit aan aanbieders aan te spreken, ongeacht de organisatievorm. Inhuur WerkenInFriesland wordt gepubliceerd als Dynamisch Aankoopsysteem (DAS) op grond van de Aanbestedingswet 2012. Vanaf 18 april 2016 geldt hiervoor de Richtlijn betreffende het plaatsen van overheidsopdrachten (2014/24) en daarmee zal Inhuur WerkenInFriesland onder het regime van die richtlijn vallen.
Het DAS bestaat uit 16 categorieën. Om in aanmerking te komen voor toekomstige opdrachten kunnen Leveranciers een verzoek tot toelating indienen voor één of meerdere categorieën. Dit is mogelijk op de website: www.werkeninfriesland.nl/inhuur-externen
De op WerkeninFriesland aangesloten organisaties zijn meer of minder frequent op zoek naar professionals binnen deze 16 categorieën. Per aangesloten organisatie kunnen de categorieën/functies binnen de categorieën anders zijn georganiseerd. Dit is afhankelijk van de organisatiestructuur van de betreffende aangesloten organisatie.
