Voorwerp van de opdracht De aanbesteding heeft tot doel om vanaf 1 oktober 2023 WSHD te voorzien in een dynamisch aankoopsysteem (DAS) voor de werving en inhuur van tijdelijk personeel in verschillende categorieën. Deze categorieën worden nader beschreven in Hoofdstuk 4 van deze aanbesteding. Het DAS dient als opvolger van het huidige dynamisch aankoopsysteem voor inhuur van tijdelijk personeel dat onder nummer 93422 op het platform van Negometrix 3 (www.negometrixl.com) is gepubliceerd. Toegelaten gegadigden tot het DAS onder nummer 93422 dienen zich opnieuw aan te melden voor het DAS dat voorwerp is van deze aanbesteding maar welke nu op het mercell.com platform plaatsvindt. Opdrachten in het DAS worden gegund op basis van nadere offerteaanvragen/mini competities via het platform van Mercell.
