Het doel van het dynamisch aankoopsysteem voor casco bedrijfsvoertuigen is om te voorzien in rechtmatige en doelmatige aanschaf van zowel nieuwe als gebruikte voertuigen, onderdelen en het laten uitvoeren van reparaties, het onderhoud en de levering van banden (ROB) aan deze voertuigen. Deze aanbesteding omvat de verwerving van bedrijfsvoertuigen in zoveel mogelijk merken en typen in alle RDC segmenten voor nieuwe bedrijfsvoertuigen en occasions.
