Doctoral Fellowship in North American Literature and Cultural Studies

The Schaufler Lab@TU Dresden is offering a Doctoral Fellowship for early-career researchers in North American Literature and Cultural Studies. The Schaufler Lab@TU Dresden, initiated by The Schaufler Foundation and TUD Dresden University of Technology, explores the intersection of technology, science, and society. The lab’s guiding theme for the third funding phase, “Energy Cultures in Transition,” examines energy as a cultural phenomenon impacting various aspects of society. The fellowship’s research focus includes understanding energy regimes and their socio-cultural implications. Fellows receive a monthly stipend of EUR 1,850, a grant for material costs of EUR 150, and, if applicable, a family supplement of EUR 315 per child.
