Execució de les obres definides en el Projecte bàsic i d'execució de millora, condicionament i nous banys al Passeig Sant Feliuredactat pels Serveis Tècnics municipals, que comprenen: 1.Recondicionament de la passarel·la de vianants de 81 m de longitud (295 m²) entre el Passeig Sant Feliu i l'església de Sant Feliu: substitució del paviment per fusta de pi tractada en autoclau classe IV, sanejament de l'estructura metàl·lica i reparació de baranes i enllumenat. 2.Construcció d'un nou volum de banys públics de 24,50 m² sota l'escala metàl·lica existent, amb cabina adaptada, i les seves instal·lacions. 3.Pavimentació d'un tram de 136 ml (204 m²) del Passeig Sant Feliu a l'entrada de Barruera.
