Dobava električne energije v letu 2027 Za sklop 1 je dobava električne energije za merilna mesta naročnika Komunala d.o.o., za sklop 2 je dobava električne energije in oddaja viškov v omrežje za merilna mesta vezana na sončne elektrarne - samooskrba in skupnostna samooskrba. Za sklop 2 naročnik izvaja skupno javno naročilo za Občino Idrija, Zavod za turizem Idrija in Osnovna šola Idrija. Prevladujoča potreba celotnega razpisa je oskrba za infrastrukturne objekte (vodovod, kanalizacija), zato se oddaja na infrastrukturnem področju. Naročniki iz sklopa 2 delujejo na drugih področjih. Komunala d.o.o. izvaja javno naročilo v svojem računu za oba sklopa, saj bo podpisnik pogodbe in plačnik. Gre namreč za merilna mesta, na katere je vezana poraba več porabnikov in omenjeni sonaročniki ne morejo izvajati delitve računov - zaračuvati naprej drugim subjektom.
