DNM Linear Monitor Installs

The purpose of this framework is to appoint three end-to-end delivery partners to support the continued deployment of battery-powered level monitoring across the wastewater network during the mid to late stages of AMP8. The programme is expected to deliver approximately 15,000 monitors through a phased rollout over an initial three-year term, with the option to extend for a further five years. In addition to level monitoring, the framework is intended to facilitate the deployment of a broader range of sensing technologies, including, but not limited to, flow, pressure, rainfall, water quality and asset condition monitoring. United Utilities (UU) requires suppliers capable of delivering robust, interoperable monitoring solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing telemetry systems, data platforms and operational processes, providing accurate and near real-time data to support operational decision-making. The scope of the framework includes the following delivery elements: Survey Hardware procurement Installation and commissioning Data acquisition and transfer Fleet performance reporting and incident management Maintenance and lifecycle support
