Details
The main objective of this assignment is to establish an NWMP Digital Platform 2.0 based on the needs of the Ministry of Water and Irrigation (MWI) and to train the relevant MWI staff to use, maintain, and further develop this platform. The platform will be aligned with the NWMP process, particularly with the ongoing establishment of the NWMP unit.
The creation of the platform requires specialized programming and web-based development services to present and integrate the data and policies of the NWMP-3 process in a single digital location. The platform will integrate various data sources through direct links to digital files, databases, mobile devices, and wireless equipment.
The Digital Platform 2.0 is intended to serve as a central component of national water planning. Therefore, the platform should not only display historical and current data but also enable MWI policymakers and administrative staff to use it as a practical tool for supporting strategic decision-making.
