CRITICAL CRITERIA: Tenderers shall note that the following are critical criteria for this tender. Tenderers who do not meet the following critical criteria will NOT be considered for this tender: a. Registered as a GeBIZ Trading Partner; and b. Tenderer shall have successfully completed at least one (1) project within the past three (3) years involving the development and maintenance of an internet-facing system of similar scale and complexity as Contract TR828, using web application frameworks and technologies. SUBMISSION: The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 14, 16 & 22 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for the details. EVALUATION: Please refer to the attachment on "Evaluation Criteria". Tenderers are required to inform the Authority the details of their representatives (maximum 3 representatives for each company) by 22 September 2026 for the Tender briefing via the FormSG link: https://go.gov.sg/lta-contract-tr828 or the QR code in Clause 6.2 of the Instructions to Tenderers.
