The assignment includes facilitating consultations with government, employers, workers and other stakeholders, and translating the findings into a practical, rights-based, gender-responsive and time-bound roadmap. The consultant will identify priority legal, policy and institutional reforms, propose actions, responsibilities, timelines and monitoring indicators, and align the roadmap with national priorities and international commitments. The assignment also includes presenting the roadmap for stakeholder validation, incorporating feedback, and submitting the finalized national roadmap. If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform. Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline. Thank you.

A quick checklist to help you decide whether to bid and prepare a compliant submission for this financial & professional services opportunity. Always verify the details on the official source.

  • Confirm the exact closing date and time (and time zone) on the official portal — deadlines are strict and can be revised by a corrigendum.
  • Read the full notice and every attached document, including the scope, specifications and any bill of quantities or terms of reference.
  • Check the eligibility criteria — prior similar experience, annual turnover, certifications and registrations — and make sure you qualify before investing effort.
