The website will support the Secretariat's communications objectives, provide timely access to news, conference schedules and event information, and strengthen public access to authoritative UNFCCC information across web, mobile and connected channels. Indicative scope includes front-end design and development, a decoupled/headless architecture consuming structured content via API, editorial and publishing workflow support, conference and calendar information services, accessibility, digital sustainability and performance optimisation, SEO/GEO and AI-mediated discoverability, analytics and feedback mechanisms, and post-launch maintenance and support including 24/7 coverage during major UNFCCC conferences. This requirement is technically interdependent with, but procured separately from, the UNFCCC headless CMS platform procurement (ongoing in parallel). The selected vendor will be expected to work in close coordination with the CMS provider once appointed. Vendors are not required to have a relationship with any specific CMS vendor to respond to this EOI.
