Key Points:

• Purpose: This EoI is intended to identify qualified vendors interested in participating in the solicitation

process. It is NOT a request for a bid or proposal.

• Who Can Apply: Global Suppliers.
• Scope: Construct a new wharf to provide additional operational support at the existing Local

Government Unit (LGU), Local Government of Bataraza, facility at Buliluyan Port, Palawan, Philippines.

• Submission Requirements: Interested vendors must complete and submit the attached Vendor

Response Form, including their UNGM Vendor Registration Number.

• Selection Process: UNOV/UNODC will review the EoIs to select vendors for the competitive bidding

process. Submission of an EoI does not guarantee an invitation to bid.
