Details

Udbud af pavilloner til Danmark Tekniske Universitets (fremover ”DTU”) lokationer i Risø og Lyngby. Udbuddet gennemføres som offentligt udbud efter udbudslovens §§ 56-57. Opgaven udbydes som en samlet totalentreprise, fordi DTU har vurderet, at projektets størrelse og ønsket om at pavillonerne kan flyttes og kombineres på tværs af lokation kræver, at opgaven ikke løses i flere selvstændige aftaler. De udbudte pavilloner er tiltænkt som flytbare enheder, således de løbende efter behov kan flyttes mellem lokationerne samt indbyrdes integreres og sammenbygges, når DTU's behov herfor opstår. Endvidere har DTU lagt vægt på, at DTU fungerer som én samlet bygherre på tværs af de omfattede lokationer, samt at der vurderes at kunne opnås økonomiske stordriftsfordele ved indkøb af et større samlet antal pavilloner hos én leverandør.

Lots Lot 1 — Udbud af pavilloner (estimated 20000000): DTU planlægger at anskaffe og opsætte 27 midlertidige pavillonbygninger til brug for bl.a. forsknings- og kontoraktiviteter på DTU’s campusser i Lyngby og Risø. Projektet omfatter køb, levering, montering og klargøring af pavilloner, inklusive nødvendige myn-dighedsansøgninger og ibrugtagningstilladelser. Pavillonerne skal fremstå ensartede i udtryk og kvalitet på begge lokationer og leveres som en nøglefærdig løsning, klar til ibrugtagning. Projektet fordeler sig som følgende: • Levering og opsætning af 13 pavilloner på DTU Lyngby • Levering og opsætning af 14 pavilloner på DTU Risø • Myndighedsbehandling, herunder indhentning af byggetilladelse og ibrugtagningstilladel-se for begge lokationer • Projektering og etablering af fundament på DTU Risø, i Lyngby kan eksisterende fundamen-ter genanvendes. • Option på ekstrafundering til DTU Lyngby • Koordinering og tilpasning ift. DTU’s egne leverancer og tekniske installationer
