This RFQ is issued through AusTender to leverage a convenient and efficient tendering platform and provide notification of the opportunity to suppliers. The Potential Supplier and any sub-contractors proposed in the RFQ must not be named, as non-compliant under the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012. The Potential Supplier must hold, and maintain for the duration of the Contract, all licences, permits, registrations, Authorisation and statutory approvals required to undertake the Works in Western Australia, including any demolition, asbestos removal (where applicable), high-risk work, and other project-specific regulatory requirements. Evidence of current licences, registrations and approvals must be provided with the tender submission.
