L’OMS sollicite une offre de prix détaillée pour l’organisation d’une réunion prévue du 27 au 29 octobre 2026 à Gabes Nous recherchons un hôtel pouvant répondre aux besoins suivants : pause-café, déjeuner, eau minérale, ainsi que la location d’une salle de réunion équipée de matériel audiovisuel. Veuillez trouver ci-dessous les détails à inclure dans votre offre :

Salle de réunion et restauration:

Pause-café du matin: 170 personnes, à servir chaque jour de l’événement à 10h30.

Déjeuner: buffet pour 170 personnes, à servir chaque jour de l’événement à13h00.

Eau minérale: 2 bouteilles de 1 litre par table.

Salle de réunion: spacieuse et adaptée à l’ensemble des participants.

Matériel audiovisuel: vidéoprojecteur, écran, paperboard (flip chart), microphones, blocs-notes, stylos et connexion Wi-Fi haut débit.
