Les documents de procédure ouverte peuvent être obtenus par l’entremise du système électronique d'appel d'offres approuvé par le gouvernement (SÉAO) au www.seao.ca . La grille des tarifs est disponible sur ce site. Les offres doivent être reçues avant 10 h, le mardi 3 novembre 2026, pour être ouvertes le même jour à 10 h 1 au bureau du Service des infrastructures de la Ville, situé au 1875, avenue Bédard, 2 e étage, Saint‑Lazare (Québec) J7T 2E7 .
