The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) seeks to appoint a qualified leadership assessment provider to design, administer, analyze, and deliver a confidential 360-Degree Leadership Assessment Programme for selected senior leaders. The programme will provide structured and anonymous feedback from managers, peers, direct reports, and other relevant stakeholders to assess leadership effectiveness, identify strengths and development areas, enhance self-awareness, and support individual leadership development and succession readiness. The scope includes assessment design and administration, stakeholder communication, individual assessment reports, confidential feedback and debriefing sessions, leadership development plans, and a consolidated executive report with organizational insights and recommendations.
