Option de renouvellement: deux (2) options de renouvellement d'un an chacune

Procédure ouverte d'attribution Le contrat est attribué au soumissionnaire ayant présenté la soumission conforme avec le prix proposé le plus bas. Transmission, réception et ouverture des soumissions Les soumissions devront être reçues avant 10h00 , le 4 novembre 2026 . L'ouverture publique des soumissions aura lieu au plus tard à 10h00 , le 4 novembre 2026 . Les soumissions peuvent alternativement être transmises par voie électronique. Cette transmission ne peut s'effectuer que par l'intermédiaire du SEAO et conformément à la procédure prescrite par celui-ci. Les heures d'ouverture du lieu de réception indiqué ci-dessous sont les suivantes : 8h30 à 12h00 et de 13h15 à 16h30 du lundi au vendredi.
