De GGD wenst één Opdrachtnemer te contracteren die naast het verzorgen van laboratoriumdiagnostiek SG, IZB, RZ en TBC, zoals beschreven in dit Aanbestedingsdocument, de GGD kan ondersteunen in het vervullen van haar regierol en overige diensten. De vaste termijn van de Overeenkomst bedraagt 3 (drie) jaar. De GGD kan de overeenkomst eenzijdig twee (2) x met 24 maanden verlengen. Optioneel is er een overbruggingstermijn van 6 maanden na einde van de overeenkomst.
