Het Dynamisch Aankoopsysteem (DAS) heeft als doel om de Stichting Koninklijke Defensiemusea (SKD) in staat te stellen om tijdig, efficiënt en rechtmatig tijdelijke capaciteit te verwerven voor de realisatie van de (ver)nieuwbouwprojecten binnen de organisatie. Met het DAS creëert SKD een flexibel en transparant instrument om onder andere Projectmanagers en Projectadviseurs/Projectcoördinatoren in te huren op basis van objectieve en vooraf vastgestelde criteria, zonder telkens een afzonderlijke aanbestedingsprocedure te hoeven starten.

Het DAS faciliteert de inhuur van de functies voor de projectorganisatie gedurende de looptijd van het nieuwbouwprogramma en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe aanbieders op elk moment kunnen toetreden, mits zij voldoen aan de gestelde toelatingseisen. Toelating tot het DAS geeft leveranciers geen recht op opdrachten; opdrachten worden uitsluitend gegund via specifieke nadere offerteaanvraag binnen het DAS.
