Voor u ligt de uitvraag voor toelating behorende bij ons Dynamisch Aankoop Systeem  Technische advieswerkzaamheden en ondersteuning van Porthos Offshore Transport and Storage C.V. (“POTS”). Door middel van deze aanvraag wordt u uitgenodigd hiervoor een verzoek tot deelname te doen.

For English see below In dit DAS worden uitvragen uitgezet voor opdrachten met betrekking tot advieswerkzaamheden gerelateerd aan CO2 opslag en de bouw van de Porthos infrastructuur, waaronder: Expediting en Inspectiediensten van materialen; Technische reviews; Engineering, bijvoorbeeld ontwerp activiteiten, drilling & completion inclusief put ontwerp, reservoir- & production engineering; Ondersteuning bij technische activiteiten (zoals HAZOP, LoPA); Toezicht op en bij de bouw (opzichters, verkeersleiders etc.); Omgevingsmanagement (werkzaamheden verbonden met onder andere vergunningsaanvragen en uitvoering van werkzaamheden, denk aan milieustudies, omgevingscommunicatie); Management van kwaliteit, gezondheid, veiligheid en milieu - QHSE.

In nadere uitvragen kan sprake zijn van  opdrachten met betrekking tot projecten, desktop studies, onderzoek, analyse, als het inhuren van specifieke personen.

Opdrachten met betrekking tot Leveringen en uitvoering van werken zijn uitgesloten van dit DAS. Tevens zijn alle vormen van adviesdiensten in de vakgebieden Finance, Facilitair, Communicatie & PR (anders dan nodig binnen het omgevingsmanagement), IT, HR en Legal uitgesloten van dit DAS.

Scope description This DPS will be used for future tenders with regards to  consultancy activities related to the,  CO2 storage and the construction of the Porthos infrastructure, among others:

Expediting and inspection services; Technical reviews; Engineering, e.g. design activities, drilling & completion including well design), reservoir & production engineering; Support in engineering activities (e.g. HAZOP, LoPA); Supervision on and near construction (supervisors, traffic controllers, etc.); Environmental management (activities linked to, among others, permit applications and execution of works, think environmental studies, environmental communication); Management of quality, health, safety and environment - QHSE.

Further tenders involve the execution of assignments, with regards to: projects, desktop studies, research, analysis, and the hiring of specific persons.

Tenders which are related to Deliveries and or construction of works are excluded from this DPS. All forms of consultancy services in the fields of Finance, Facilities, Communication & PR, IT, HR and Legal (other than needed for Environmental management) are also excluded from this DPS.
