Het Waterschapshuis fungeert in de context van het Dynamisch aankoopsysteem ten behoeve van ‘Inwinning, verwerking en controle van data ten behoeve van beeldmateriaal (Nadir en obliek) en hoogtegegevens (LiDAR) van Nederland’ als een Aankoopcentrale voor in de Leidraad opgenomen aanbestedende diensten.

Deze aanbestedende diensten hebben met enige regelmaat behoefte aan data ten behoeve van beeldmateriaal (Nadir en obliek) en hoogtegegevens (LiDAR) van Nederland. Deze inkoopbehoefte wordt voor de genoemde partijen zoveel mogelijk gecentraliseerd via dit Dynamisch aankoopsysteem. Genoemde aanbestedende diensten hebben de mogelijkheid maar niet de verplichting om nadere offerteaanvragen te plaatsen via de aankoopcentrale en via het Dynamisch Aankoopsysteem (DAS).
