Staatsbosbeheer heeft regelmatig behoefte aan inhuur van personeel als tijdelijke aanvulling op de vaste bezetting, voor een specifiek project of voor gespecialiseerde kennis en/of vaardigheden. Om in deze behoefte te voorzien, heeft Staatbosbeer ervoor gekozen een Dynamisch aankoopsysteem (DAS) in te stellen.
