Welkom op de DAS voor Inhuur van Onderwijs Ondersteunend Personeel voor Quadraam. Deze publicatie is een voortzetting van de eerder gepubliceerde DAS, maar naar een nieuw platform (Negometrix 4). Via dit DAS wordt op rechtmatige wijze OOP ingehuurd op detacheringsbasis uitgaande van een uurtarief, dat niet middels de reeds aanbestede raamovereenkomsten met uitzendbureaus (perceel 1) en detacheerders (perceel 2) kan worden gecontracteerd.
Opdrachtgever houdt zich het recht voor om een lopende uitvraag in dit DAS terug te trekken als deze middels een ander kanaal is ingevuld.
Met dit DAS wordt beoogd een diversiteit aan aanbieders aan te spreken en de vraag en aanbod op zo'n goed mogelijke wijze bij elkaar te brengen.
Dit DAS wordt gepubliceerd op grond van de aanbestedingswet 2012, en valt hiermee onder de Europese richtlijn 2014/24/EU.
