Dit betreft het DAS Externe Inzet voor de Coöperatieve Vereniging Loopbaan en Ontwikkeling U.A. (vanaf hier Leo Loopbaan genoemd). Leo Loopbaan is een projectorganisatie die in sommige gevallen (deels) wordt gefinancieerd met subsidies. In een aantal van die subsidieprojecten wordt Leo Loopbaan als een publiekrechtelijke dienst aangemerkt. Voor deze projecten geldt dat de aanbestedingsregels van toepassing zijn bij het inkopen van diensten en leveringen. Voor die projecten huurt Leo Loopbaan soms externe inzet in, dit zal dan gebeuren via dit DAS.
Leo Loopbaan staat klaar voor iedereen in de provincie Limburg die bezig is met zijn of haar loopbaan. Of iemand nu net gestart is met een opleiding, werkzoekend of al geruime tijd aan het werk is. Leo Loopbaan biedt diensten aan op een laagdrempelige manier. Onafhankelijk, toegankelijk en bereikbaar. Leo Loopbaan inspireert en ondersteunt bij het bewust bezig zijn met Leven Lang Ontwikkelen (LLO) en loopbaan. De wereld om ons heen verandert snel en dat is niet anders voor de arbeidsmarkt. Daarom is het heel belangrijk om te blijven ontwikkelen. Leo Loopbaan maakt mensen bewust van hun mogelijkheden en motiveert mensen om zelf aan de slag te gaan. Daarnaast bouwt Leo Loopbaan aan een community waar kennis en (persoonlijke) loopbaangegevens bij elkaar komen. Deze community is zowel gericht op werkgevers, intermediaire structuren en mensen die toe zijn aan een stap in hun loopbaan.
