SIVON stelt een Dynamisch Aankoopsysteem in voor en namens haar leden. Dit DAS is bestemd voor huidige en toekomstige aangesloten leden van SIVON. SIVON nodigt u uit digitaal via Mercell een aanmelding te doen voor de toelating tot het DAS voor toekomstige levering van devices conform de productspecificaties en bijbehorende dienstverlening, uitgevraagd in een nadere offerteaanvraag. Dit DAS zal bestaan uit één categorie: Devices. Onder devices zal in ieder geval worden verstaan: Chromebooks, Windows laptops, iPads, iMacs en Monitoren. Mogelijk worden hier nog andere type devices aan toegevoegd. SIVON zal afhankelijk per device mogelijk, naast het uitvragen van de devices, ook verschillende upgrades per product uitvragen. SIVON opteert in de huidige werkwijze ervoor om tweemaal per jaar (voor- en najaar) een nadere offerteaanvraag te publiceren. Door vraagbundeling vanuit schoolbesturen toe te passen probeert SIVON een administratief eenvoudig proces te faciliteren. SIVON wilt benadrukken dat het niet zeker is dat het deze werkwijze zal blijven hanteren. Hier kunnen dan ook geen rechten aan worden ontleend. De jaarlijkse opdrachtwaarde wordt begroot op ca. € 7,5 mln. exclusief BTW; deze aanbesteding komt daarom boven de Europese drempelwaarde uit. Aan genoemde bedragen en aantallen kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.
