Dans un contexte où le système de déshydratation et d’agglomération des boues de fosses septiques (BFS) est en fin de vie, la MRC du Granit souhaite déterminer, au moyen d’une étude technico-économique, le scénario optimal de collecte, de traitement et de valorisation des BFS. La solution recommandée devra assurer un service fiable, résilient et financièrement viable, optimiser les déplacements, les émissions de GES, la consommation énergétique et l’enfouissement, tout en tenant compte de la capacité de l’OMAEU, des contraintes d’implantation et d’exploitation.
