Předmětem Veřejné zakázky je výroba, dodávka, uvedení do provozu a předání nových jednosměrných velkokapacitních tramvají pro provoz v tramvajové síti Zadavatele na území města Plzně, včetně veškeré související dokumentace, licencí, schválení, zkoušek, zaškolení a plnění souvisejícího s kompatibilitou se servisním zázemím Zadavatele. Součástí předmětu Veřejné zakázky je zejména: - závazná dodávka 10 kusů tramvají; - opční dodávka až 12 dalších kusů tramvají; - uvedení každé tramvaje do provozu, provedení přejímacích zkoušek a předání dokladů nezbytných pro její provoz v České republice; - dodání technické dokumentace, v rozsahu uvedeném v příloze č. 6 této zadávací dokumentace; - zaškolení zaměstnanců zadavatele a jím určených osob (servisní organizace) v českém jazyce; - technická podpora, dodávky náhradních dílů a další záruční a pozáruční závazky podle návrhu Smlouvy; - zajištění kompatibility vozidel se servisním zázemím vozovny Slovany, případně zajištění a financování potřebných úprav tohoto zázemí
