  • Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky (dále jen „VZ“) je upgrade stávajících 4 telefonních ústředen (PBX) Siemens Hicom 300E pro Všeobecnou fakultní nemocnici v Praze v objektech zadavatele: • PBX VFN8 Klinika Adiktologie Apolinářská 4, Praha 2, • PBX VFN9 Klinika rehabilitačního lékařství Albertov 5, Praha, • 2PBX VFN10 Ústav biologie a lékařské genetiky, Purkyňův ústav Albertov 4, Praha, • 2PBX VFN11 Hlavův ústav-Patologie Studničkova 4, Praha 2, včetně záručního servisu, a to v rozsahu minimální technické a funkční specifikace uvedené v příloze č. 2 těchto zadávacích podmínek (dále také „předmět plnění“). • Bližší specifikace předmětu plnění je uvedena v příloze č. 2 těchto zadávacích podmínek – Minimální technická a funkční specifikace předmětu plnění (dále jen „ZP”). • Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky je vymezen i závazným návrhem kupní smlouvy na upgrade komunikačního systému Siemens Hicom 300E, který tvoří přílohu č. 3 těchto ZP.
