Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zajištění komplexní údržby, podpory provozu a rozvoje aplikace NAIS provozované na platformě SAMO. Dodavatel bude poskytovat paušální služby zahrnující zejména maintenance systému, implementaci nových verzí, aktualizace, upgrady, instalaci opravných patchů a odstraňování vad aplikace.
