Předmětem plnění veřejných zakázek zadávaných na základě rámcové dohody bude poskytování technických a souvisejících odborných služeb v oblasti Enterprise architektury (EA) za účelem Digitalizace Magistrátu hl. m. Prahy (dále jen „MHMP“), v rámci architektonické kanceláře MHMP, která plní roli centrálního metodického, koordinačního i konzultačního pracoviště pro veškeré architektonické oblasti v prostředí MHMP. Předmětem služeb bude zajištění zejména následujícího plnění: • Zajištění procesů Digitalizace MHMP; • Zajištění kontinuity poskytovaných odborných služeb (personální zajištění) v oblasti business, aplikační, technologické (včetně infrastrukturní), bezpečnostní a solution architektury; - Odborná a metodická podpora pracovníků kompetenčního centra; - Konzultace a školení v oblasti architektonických metodik (TOGAF, Archimate aj.); - Podpora projektového a agilního řízení ICT; - Poskytování součinnosti při plánování, návrhu a schvalování řešení ICT systémů a technologických řešení; • Průběžná revize a rozvoj stávajících metodik architektonické praxe MHMP (vč. EA, cloudové a agilní architektury, aj.) v souvislosti s rozvojem rámce TOGAF a v souladu s požadavky OHA MVČR; • Průběžná údržba a rozvoj centrálního repositoria a EA modelu (dále EAR); - Vypracování ad-hoc požadovaných výstupů (pohledů); - Aktualizace modelu na základě vstupů z probíhajících projektů s dopadem do ICT architektury MHMP; - Aktualizace modelu na základě ad-hoc požadavků pracovníků MHMP; - Tvorba a aktualizace modelů prostředí MČ a MO; - Správa prostředí EAR, správa uživatelů a provádění školení uživatelů EAR; • Poskytování součinnosti při realizaci projektů s dopadem do ICT architektury, především: - Digitalizace úřadu; - Modernizace datové a síťové infrastruktury MHMP včetně cloudových řešení; - Rozvoj aplikační, datové, technologické a bezpečnostní architektury MHMP; • Rozvoj ICT bezpečnosti MHMP.
