Účelem veřejné zakázky je zajištění výkonu činnosti odborně způsobilého zástupce příkazce při přípravě a realizaci stavby „Kroměřížská nemocnice, a. s. – dostavba jižního křídla budovy A – výkon manažera stavby“ a „Kroměřížská nemocnice, a.s. – dostavba západního křídla budovy A – výkon manažera stavby“, a to od fáze přípravy stavby (zahrnující zejména supervizi – kontrolu projektových dokumentací), během realizace stavby, až do uvedení stavby do provozu. TDS se zavazuje pro příkazce, jeho jménem a na jeho účet vykonávat inženýrskou činnost TDS při přípravě a realizaci díla, včetně výkonu technického dozoru stavebníka a koordinátora bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci na staveništi.
