Předmětem plnění obou částí této veřejné zakázky je dodávka a instalace fotovoltaické elektrárny (dále jen „FVE“) včetně jejího napojení na stávající elektroinstalaci objektů, zapojení do rozvodné soustavy zadavatele a zajištění servisní činnosti, včetně garance dodávky náhradních dílů. Předmětem plnění obou částí této veřejné zakázky je dodávka nových zařízení FVE (přístrojů). Musí se jednat o zařízení, která byla nově pořízena nebo vyrobena a doposud nebyla používána ke svému účelu. Podrobný popis předmětu plnění je uveden ve vztahu k části Bazén v závazném vzoru smlouvy o dílo tvořícím Přílohu č. 8 zadávací dokumentace (dále jen „smlouva Bazén“) a k části Zimní stadion v závazném vzoru smlouvy o dílo tvořící Přílohu č. 9 (dále jen „smlouva Zimní stadion“, smlouva Bazén a smlouva Zimní stadion společně dále jen jako „smlouvy“).
