Details

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je návrh architektury, vývoj, dodávka a implementace nového Integrovaného cizineckého agendového systému (ICAS). Aplikační řešení bude odrážet nové legislativní požadavky v oblasti cizinecké pobytové problematiky, standardy služeb poskytovaných státní správou, kybernetické bezpečnosti a výkonu spisové služby. Plnění bude zahrnovat rovněž následnou správu, provoz a rozvoj ICAS na dobu neurčitou dle potřeb a požadavků zadavatele.

Lots Lot 1 — Integrovaný cizinecký agendový systém (ICAS): Předmětem veřejné zakázky je návrh architektury, vývoj, dodávka a implementace nového Integrovaného cizineckého agendového systému (ICAS). Plnění bude zahrnovat vytvoření funkčního celku agendového informačního systému včetně provozního prostředí, klientské části (profil cizince) v rámci frontendu, backend, aplikační řešení a dále včetně migrace dat ze stávajících informačních systémů. Aplikační řešení bude odrážet nové legislativní požadavky v oblasti cizinecké pobytové problematiky, standardy služeb poskytovaných státní správou, kybernetické bezpečnosti a výkonu spisové služby. Hlavními uživateli nové informačního systému budou zaměstnanci odboru azylové a migrační politiky Ministerstva vnitra ČR. Plnění bude zahrnovat rovněž následnou správu, provoz a rozvoj ICAS na dobu neurčitou dle potřeb a požadavků zadavatele.
