Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zajištění softwarové maintenance produktu Ataccama MDM (dále také jen „SW MDM“) pro DEV/TEST/PROD prostředí, a to včetně upgradů a souvisejících činností nad rámec standardní maintenance. Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dále zajištění odborné podpory v činnostech vyžadující specifikovanou kvalifikaci odborníků zajišťující udržení maintenance produktu SW MDM (dále jen „Odborná podpora“). Součástí předmětu veřejné zakázky je také školení pro SW MDM. Zadavatel požaduje podporu SW Ataccama ve dvou základních částech: A. SW maintenance produktu Ataccama MDM pro DEV/TEST/PROD prostředí (dále také jen „Maintenance“) B. Odborná podpora, která se skládá: 1. rozvojové činnosti (dále jen „Rozvojové činnosti“), 2. konzultační a poradenské činnosti (dále jen „Konzultace“).
