Předmětem zakázky je realizace rozprostření ornice v rovině na vybraných půdních blocích, které jsou určeny k návozu ornice v rámci přípravy území stavby „D35 Staré Město – Mohelnice“. V rámci realizace přípravy území stavby D35 Staré Město – Mohelnice (stavba D35 Staré Město – Mohelnice, příprava území pro ZAV) byla skryta ornice, která byla následně odvezena na vybrané půdní bloky v souladu se stanoviskem MŽP k vynětí zemědělské půdy ze zemědělského půdního fondu a jeho následnými aktualizacemi. Ornice musí být rozprostřena do doby, než bude nezbytné dotčené půdní bloky využít k agrotechnickým účelům ze strany zemědělských subjektů. V současnosti je na straně Objednatele právně analyzován smluvní vztah se Zhotovitelem stavby „D35 Staré Město – Mohelnice“ kdy je mezi smluvními stranami řešena otázka položky určené k realizaci prací rozprostření ornice v rovině. Z těchto důvodu, pro zamezení případných škod, je nezbytné ze strany Objednatele zajistit provedení předmětných prací.
