Details

Předmětem koncesního řízení je zajištění bezpečného a plynulého provozování vodohospodářského majetku po roce 2026, a to v souladu s národní legislativou, zejména zákonem č. 274/2001 Sb., o vodovodech a kanalizacích pro veřejnou potřebu a o změně některých zákonů, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Vodohospodářský majetek tvoří funkčně propojený soubor vodárenské infrastruktury ve vlastnictví města Roztoky a společnosti VUAB Pharma a.s. (dále jen „VUAB“), který bude po dobu trvání koncese provozován jako jeden provozní celek. Jedná se o: - Vodovody (Suchdol – přiváděcí řad, Roztoky/ Město Roztoky – rozvodná vodovodní síť, Roztoky u Prahy – přiváděcí řad) ve vlastnictví města Roztoky. - Kanalizace (Roztoky/ Město Roztoky/ Roztoky u Prahy – městská – stoková síť) ve vlastnictví města Roztoky. - Městská čistírna odpadní vod ve vlastnictví města Roztoky. - Průmyslová čistírna odpadních vod ve vlastnictví VUAB. - Kalová koncovka ve vlastnictví VUAB.
