Předmětem Smlouvy je dodávka, implementace, konfigurace, uvedení do provozu a předání serverové, Fibre Channel SAN a zálohovací infrastruktury, dodávka komponentů, licencí, software, firmware, optických modulů, kabeláže a propojovacích prvků, dokumentace a ověření funkčnosti Systému pro provoz produkční virtualizační platformy (dále jen „Dodávka serveru“ a „Systém“), a úroveň servisní podpory, která garantuje zahájení řešení problému (diagnostiku, výjezd technika nebo odeslání náhradního dílu) následující pracovní den po nahlášení závady (dále jen „Služby“) na dobu 60 (šedesát) měsíců ode dne uvedení Systému do finálního provozu po úspěšném provedení akceptačních testů v sídle Objednatele.
