Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je provedení komplexní opravy krovů a střešních plášťů jednotlivých budov hradu, které se v současnosti nacházejí ve špatném technickém stavu. Stávající, nevyhovující střešní krytina bude demontována. Současně dojde k demontáži klempířských prvků, zejména oplechování komínů, krycích plechů ve styku s navazujícími objekty, okapních žlabů, svodů a kotlíků. Prvky, které budou shledány vyhovujícími, budou po kontrole opětovně použity. Současně s opravou střech bude využito lešení, a to i v obtížně přístupném terénu, k opravě dožilých omítek na fasádách a k sanaci schodišť s nefunkční hydroizolací. Zadavatel nepřipouští varianty nabídek.
