Předmětem veřejné zakázky je uzavření rámcové dohody s jedním dodavatelem na zajištění běžné a zimní údržby silnic II. a III. tříd na území statutárního města Ostrava, vč. dodávky materiálu (mimo posypové soli) a zajištění bezpečnosti silničního provozu na těchto komunikacích. Rámcová dohoda bude uzavřena na období 48 měsíců (4 let), počínaje 01.05.2027. Místem plnění jsou pozemní komunikace ve vlastnictví Moravskoslezského kraje na území oblasti statutárního města Ostravy. Silnice II. a III. třídy v této oblasti a jejich součásti vč. příslušenství jsou situovány v okrese Ostrava, přičemž jejich celková délka činí 160,575 km (stav platný k datu vyhlášení zadávacího řízení, zadavatel si vyhrazuje právo změnit rozsah poskytované služby vzhledem ke změnám ve svěřených úsecích silniční sítě – příloha místopis silnic II. a III. třídy na území města Ostravy)
