Předmětem veřejné zakázky je: - provádění pravidelných profylaktických prohlídek vzduchotechnických, klimatizačních a chladících zařízení Objednatele umístěný v jeho, nebo jím užívaných objektech, za účelem kontroly jejich stavu s cílem předcházet nutnosti havarijních oprav, - provádění oprav vzduchotechnických, klimatizačních jednotek a chladící techniky v případě poruchy, - předepsané kontroly těsnosti dle vyhlášky č. 243/2023 Sb., o předcházení emisím regulovaných látek a fluorovaných skleníkových plynů, zákona č. 73/2012 Sb. a zákona 89/2017, o látkách, které poškozují ozonovou vrstvu, a o fluorovaných skleníkových plynech, nařízení EP a Rady EU č. 1005/2009. - předepsané kontroly a zkoušky provozuschopnosti požárních klapek a požárních ventilátorů, osobou odborně způsobilou v požární technice - dodávka kapsových filtrů - čištění a dezinfekce komor kapsových filtrů a čištění nástavců - výměna HEPA filtrů - defektoskopie a zkouška těsnosti HEPA filtrů - odborná likvidace použitých filtrů dle kontaminace, která je zahrnuta v ceně - havarijní opravy týkající se filtrů - Provedení veškerých elektro revizí na VZT zařízení dle norem ČSN 332000-6ed.2, ČSN 331500 Z4 a ČSN EN60204-1 ed.3 dle platné legislativy revizním technikem s příslušnou elektro kvalifikací pro dané zařízen - Zajištění servisní pohotovosti a havarijních oprav
